Summary of Agent Terms

1. Independent agent status
You are not an employee of ComplyHub. You act as an independent referral agent.

2. Referral link tracking
Sales are only tracked when clients use your approved ComplyHub referral link or when the sale is correctly linked to your agent profile.

3. Commission qualification
Commission is only earned once a referred client has successfully paid and the sale is marked as paid in the ComplyHub system.

4. No false advertising
You may not make false promises, misrepresent ComplyHub, guarantee approvals, or claim to be a government department.

5. Payout approval
Withdrawals require approved banking details, approved ID document, approved proof of banking, and available commission balance.

6. Suspensions
ComplyHub may suspend or reject an agent account for fraud, abuse, misleading advertising, duplicate accounts, or conduct that damages the business.

7. Client information
You must treat client information as confidential and may not misuse, sell, share, or expose client details.

8. Final admin control
ComplyHub admin has final control over approvals, rejected documents, verified banking, sale status, commission status, and payout status.
